On November 26, the Institute for Digital Technology and Economy – Hanoi University of Science and Technology – signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ETC Technology Systems Joint Stock Company, marking an important milestone in advancing the development of high-quality technology human resources.

During the ceremony, Assoc.
