MoU SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN THE INSTITUTE FOR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AND ECONOMY (HUST), KAOPIZ HOLDINGS JOINT STOCK COMPANY, AND SPRIX INC.
On the morning of December 5, 2025, at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Institute for Digital Technology and Economy held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Kaopiz Holdings Joint Stock Company and SPRIX Inc..
The event marks an important milestone in expanding industry collaboration, developing digital human resources, and fostering an innovation ecosystem.

Key Highlights of the Ceremony
Opening the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dac Trung – Head of External Affairs emphasized that the MOU establishes opportunities for practical cooperation between the university and enterprises. Through these partnerships, students can access new knowledge, work with industry experts, and strengthen their hands-on capabilities.

This collaboration also contributes to developing HUST’s ecosystem of over 2,000 enterprise partners in training, research, and high-quality human resource development.
In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Binh Minh, Dean of the Institute for Digital Technology and Economy, highlighted that the Institute is actively advancing models that connect scientific and technological research with industry needs—particularly in the fields of digital economy and digital finance.

The signing ceremony marks an important starting point for deeper collaboration with enterprises, aiming to enhance training quality, expand research activities, and promote product development in the coming period.
Representing Kaopiz, Mr. Le Van Hoang, General Director of Kaopiz Holdings, shared that through the TOFAS program, Kaopiz is honored to strengthen its cooperation with HUST in education and training initiatives.

He affirmed that this partnership will create meaningful opportunities for outstanding HUST students to grow and contribute to the advancement of technology and human resources in Vietnam.
Representing SPRIX Vietnam, Mr. Yusuke Homma, General Director of Sprix Vietnam, reaffirmed SPRIX’s long-term commitment to collaborating with HUST to expand academic activities, educational programs, and innovation initiatives.

He expressed confidence that this trilateral cooperation will deliver practical value to students, lecturers, and Vietnam’s future digital workforce.
